Supporting our pupils’ wellbeing
Our Mental Health in Schools Team (MHST) is here to help every child feel safe, happy, and supported. They work closely with teachers, parents, and children to promote positive mental health and provide support for a range of mild-moderate difficulties, including anxiety and low mood.
Through activities, workshops, and one-to-one support, the team helps pupils build confidence, manage their feelings, and develop coping skills to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
If you have any concerns about your child’s wellbeing, please speak with your school’s Mental Health Lead and they will get in touch with our team.
You can find out more information about MHST here: https://cwrise.com/mhst/
