Safer Routes to School

Temple Grafton has been identified by the County Highways department as a target school for improving routes around the school. We have been informed that work will be done over half term to make access to the school safer for children and families.  The main part of the work is focusing on improving pedestrian access by making the crossroad safer.  To facilitate this, a new footpath is being created around the corner next to our forest school site which will enable families to cross safely from Temple Grafton Road. New road markings and signage will also be installed.  Later this year work will commence on widening the footpath between Temple Grafton and Ardens Grafton to ensure pedestrian safety whilst walking along this route.
